What to include in your message
A correction or rights concern
Identify the page and the statement or example concerned. Explain the issue and include a reliable reference where helpful. For a rights concern, describe the work involved and your relationship to it.
A privacy question
Describe the information or correspondence concerned and the action you are requesting. Do not send identity documents, passwords or financial details with your first message. See the privacy notice for the current data flow.
SHARE ONLY WHAT HELPS
Your original image is usually not needed.
Try to reproduce the problem with a supplied example or a non-sensitive test image. If you choose to send a screenshot later, hide personal details and confirm you have permission to share anything visible in it.
Email is separate from the tool workspace. Files selected in a converter are not automatically attached to a message. Once you send an attachment by email, it becomes part of that correspondence rather than remaining only in the browser.
