The service and its owner

MotifPad is owned by Bedirhan Kilicaslan. It provides browser-based tools for visual conversion and chart preparation. These terms describe the permitted use of those tools and site materials; the privacy notice explains information handling.

The current service has no paid plan, payment checkout or required user account. The intended funding model is advertising through Google AdSense so that the tools can be offered without a usage charge. Ads are not currently active, and the funding plan is not a promise of AdSense approval.

Use each output within the scope stated on its tool page. A feature available in one tool is not automatically supported by another. The output comparison explains the distinctions.

Your images and generated files

Use images you created, have permission to use, or can otherwise lawfully use for your intended purpose. Converting an image does not remove someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy interests. A freely accessible picture is not automatically free to reuse.

MotifPad does not claim ownership of the images you select or a new ownership right over your generated output merely because you used a converter. The conversion itself does not grant you a license to the source artwork, a brand or a depicted character. Whether you can distribute or sell an output depends on the rights in that material and your intended use.

Selecting a file in a tool does not authorize the site to publish it in a gallery. If you later send material through a contact channel, share only what is necessary and what you are entitled to share.

Site examples and reference material

You may open and download the examples provided for trying the tools and inspecting their outputs. An example download is not a blanket license to redistribute all site artwork, branding, text or third-party material. References to outside instructions and product names remain subject to their owners' rights.

Use the tools responsibly

• Do not use the site to violate others' rights or applicable law.
• Do not attempt to access another person's information, interfere with the site, bypass safeguards or introduce malicious files.
• Do not use automated requests in a way that overloads or disrupts the service.
• Do not present the site's name or generated charts as evidence of an endorsement, certification or partnership that has not been granted.

The site may restrict access necessary to address misuse or technical problems. These restrictions are about keeping the service usable; they do not create a claim that every harmful use can be detected.

Review a result before relying on it

Outputs are digital interpretations of an input. They may require corrections, and the software may contain errors. Inspect the file, counts and layout before committing significant materials or time to a project.

Craft charts do not by themselves establish physical color matching, finished measurements, structural suitability or a complete assembly method. Physical validation for the current craft charts is pending. Read the specific limits beside each tool rather than treating any downloaded PDF as a universal pattern.

Display, printing and file compatibility can vary between browsers and other applications. No guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every proposed use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Keep your own copies

The workspace is not a permanent storage service. Download files you need and retain your original source. A refresh, closed tab, cleared browser data or transfer failure can lose work; moving between tools may not preserve every edit.

Outside services and names

Links to manufacturers, craft instructions, spreadsheet applications and Google services help explain a feature or choice. They do not imply that those organizations operate or endorse MotifPad. External sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

If advertising is introduced, an ad will be separate from the tool's controls and downloads. An advertiser's offer is the advertiser's responsibility; an ad is not an instruction needed to obtain a generated file.

Changes, questions and corrections

Tools and features can change during development. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with a revised date. These terms do not require you to waive mandatory rights or select an unconfirmed court or jurisdiction.
