Privacy
What stays in your browser, what a visit can disclose, and what is planned for the site.

Who is responsible
Bedirhan Kilicaslan is the owner of MotifPad and the person responsible for the site's data-handling decisions. The Contact page shows the status of the public contact channel.
This notice covers this site's tools and pages. External references, downloaded files opened in another application, and services you choose to contact have their own handling of information. The current site has no user accounts, payment checkout or public user gallery.
Information in the current data flow
| Information | Purpose and destination |
|---|---|
| Selected images and edits | Your browser reads the image and creates the preview and output. The converters do not upload the selected file, filename or private design to a processing server, analytics service or public page. |
| Tool-transfer data | Moving directly between tools can store the source image, compatible settings and, where supported, rendered output locally in the browser. This allows the next tool to receive a one-time handoff. |
| Page requests | A browser requests pages, scripts, fonts and sample artwork from the web server. Access logs can contain the requesting address, time, requested path, response status, referrer and browser information. These are page-delivery records, not an upload of the image being converted. |
| Messages you choose to send | Messages sent through the contact form disclose your name, email address, subject and message to the project owner and the email services delivering them. Emails you send directly also disclose any attachments you include. |
The purposes are operating the tools, delivering the site and handling questions or problems. The current converter flow does not send image content to an AI service for training or conversion. This is separate from AI assistance used in developing the site.
Local storage and retention
A transfer is not a saved account project
Tool handoffs use IndexedDB, a browser database, plus a temporary reference in session storage. The receiving tool deletes the stored transfer when it reads it. An unread transfer becomes invalid after one hour; its stored record is removed when the next transfer performs cleanup. Closing a tab does not guarantee immediate deletion of that database record.
The current tools also use a small session flag to explain a failed transfer. It is removed when read. There is no server-side project archive. Refreshing or closing a workspace can lose edits, while a downloaded copy stays wherever your browser saved it.
What you can remove yourself
Use your browser's site-data controls to remove this site's stored transfers. This may prevent a pending handoff and does not delete downloaded files. Clear or remove those files separately using your device's file controls.
Planned analytics and advertising
The service is free to use, with advertising intended to support its operation. Google Analytics is planned to help understand site usage; Google AdSense is planned to display ads. This describes intended use, not an assertion that ads are approved or that either service is currently collecting data here.
Google Analytics
Once enabled under the applicable choices and settings, Analytics can measure page visits and interactions using information such as page addresses, browser and device details, approximate location and identifiers. The proposed tool events are limited to the tool name, output format and success or error category. Source images, private filenames, design contents and message text must not be included in those events.
The Analytics property, retention duration, advertising features and consent configuration have not been set.
Google AdSense and advertising cookies
On a site using AdSense, Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Advertising cookies can support personalized ads based on visits to this and other sites. The enabled vendors, your choices and applicable requirements affect the processing.
You can review personalization controls in Google My Ad Center. Turning off personalization does not necessarily remove advertising or all measurement. The actual ad providers and consent controls will be disclosed when configured.
Consent and provider information
Optional analytics and advertising will need the consent controls required for the visitors served and the features enabled. No cookie-preference panel is currently provided because those integrations have not been installed.
Google services can involve processing on systems outside a visitor's country. Read how Google uses information from partner sites and Google's Privacy Policy for its processing and controls. These links explain Google services; they do not mean this site has enabled them.
Your choices and requests
You can try a supplied example instead of choosing a personal image, clear browser site data, and decide what to include in any future correspondence. Once Analytics is installed, compatible browsers can also use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. That add-on does not control server logs or advertising.
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also be able to raise a concern with a relevant data-protection authority. The scope of those rights depends on the circumstances.
For a request, use the Contact page and explain the information concerned. Do not send identity documents with an initial request. The site owner cannot retrieve or remotely remove an image that exists only in your browser or a file you downloaded to your device.
Do not send children's personal details or sensitive images for troubleshooting. A non-sensitive example is usually enough to describe a tool problem.
Changes to this notice
This notice should describe the system that is actually operating. When hosting, contact, advertising or measurement changes, the relevant sections and update date will be revised. New collection must not be treated as already covered merely because it appears in the plans above.
